I was called by an individual on a Saturday evening for an interview. The interviewer did not introduce their self on the phone and was very unprofessional. She stated that after reviewing my resume they would like for me to come in on a Tuesday afternoon. That was my only option. I was on a business trip Monday morning and asked if I could make arrangements for a Thursday, seeing I was out of town with my boss and could not tell my boss, "I can't come on the business trip because I have an interview I do not want you to know about with Fedex."
The recruiter said no that was the only time available. I guess I am accustomed to larger corporations who are willing to work with potential candidates on time. The fact that an option wasn't given and the demeanor of the recruiter allowed me to understand these were not the type of individuals I wanted to work with.
Boa entrevista, RH humanizado, feedback rápido, a vaga parecia urgente então tudo bem explicado e rápido. Boa percepção a primeira vista. Entrevista nível intermediário, com inglês o qual foi claro e fácil de compreender
Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Philadelphia, PA) en ene 2017
Entrevista
Intense, many people around 1 table asking questions. Questions were typical, nothing exciting. I seemed to have waited over the normal amount of time it takes to get started. The questions involved personal questions which I did not like.
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en FedEx (Atlanta, GA) en nov 2016
Entrevista
Very formal and professional; about 6-10 questions that were read from paper. Interviewed by phone first, then computer video and final round was in-person. The entire process is taking longer than expected because of the holiday season and FedEx is REALLY busy this time of year. I hope this helps someone!
