Temp agency contacted me. I interviewed with them over the phone a couple times. Then I had to update my resume to include some extra information for agency to forward to the hiring supervisor at FedEx. And answer a lot of questions. Then they scheduled the face-to-face interview. At interview, I had a CAD test, and met some people. I got an offer about a week later.
