Very quick and efficient. There's a high turnover rate so they have really streamlined the process. From the time of the interview to being hired it's about two to three weeks. Training is a week long and pretty informative.

Just personal questions about yourself, your goals, what you want out of the job etc.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
