Very strange. Applied on LinkedIn and a few weeks later for an email to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter. I talked to the recruiter and she told me that she thought I was a great fit, perfect back ground for the job, was going to send me to the next round, etc. So naturally I was feeling good as she literally told me I was moving on which doesn't always happen with recruiters. We talked about interviews availability later that week. I didn't hear back and so I reached out to the recruiter once again thanking her for her time and asking when I would get an update on the next steps (it had been two weeks since she told me she was scheduling the next interviews?). Never got a response from the recruiter but she did eventually get a one sentence form email turning me down. All very unprofessional in my opinion for the level of job.
