Pretty straightforward, with less steps than other companies, which I appreciated. Everyone was very friendly, though I got different answers from different people as to how often I'd need to physically go into an office. My main issue was with the exercise during the last interview — it's not unheard of, but exercises aren't common from my experience. I sensed that they're rebooting their design team, have a lot to clean up, and the exercise felt like it was mining me for free labor on a specific problem they're trying to overcome. Having handled similar problems in previous roles, I outlined how I'd successfully accomplished it and either they didn't like my answer or they got what they wanted from me and sent me elsewhere.
