I applied online and got a call back within two days. I met the hiring manager at a hotel lobby where this location was conducting interviews. I talked with the hiring manager for 20 minutes, mostly about my past experience and was offered the job.

Entrevista
Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
