I am a former employee who previously had this position. The interviewer acted like he was doing me a huge favor by doing the interview. He could not even look at my face. He looked everywhere in the room except for at my face. The interview was about 20 minutes and then I never heard another thing from Fairview. Really, an appropriately worded rejection letter would have been better than this sham of an interview.
