The interview was in 3 parts - phone, operations team, COO. A multitude of behavioral questions was asked and it was a very long process. It took 2 weeks total to receive feedback.

I had a phone screen and two video interviews. I enjoyed the process and liked the idea of the phone screen to ask questions to make sure the company/role was a good fit before committing to an hour long interview. The culture is relaxed and fun and I could tell that right away!
