Focused on you, your experience, and the media. 3rd stage: virtual interview with 2 people (30 mins). Tell me about yourself, experience Qs, Qs about the industry, company and role. 4th stage: in-person assessment day. 2 more interviews, written assessments, group task (actually quite fun!)

It was a video interview where they asked me about why I want to work at FTI and the position itself, and why I think I could do a good job. Straightforward questions, nothing particularly challenging however impersonal since just talking into computer.
