Entrevista
I met with the Manager Office Engineering and Training on campus. The interview was very relaxed. He asked me about a couple of items on my resume, my background and how I came to be in school. He explained the company's philosophy, job description and training. Gave me some backgound on the company and how they stand in the industry. Pretty much a rehashing of what is on their website. Let me know I would hear back from him in approximately one week.

The interview process was comprehensive and well-structured, striking an impressive balance between technical proficiency and behavioral fit. While the evaluation was thorough, the managers maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a transparent environment where they were happy to answer any questions I had.

Entrevista
The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.

Entrevista
It is a long process, due to having five rounds of interviews. You are expected to present a 5 to 10 minute presentation about a safety hazard in the workplace.
