I applied through naukri and got shortlisted for the interview.I was called for the interview which was suppose to be a scheduled interview.But when i reached, there were 30-40 people waiting for the interview. Then i was called for the interview after waiting for 2 hours. After asking 8-9 questions he said the interview was over and as lot of people are waiting outside so i can leave for the day.When i asked what was the area i lacked in ,he couldn't answer my question.Then i asked again please tell me where i can improve myself.Then after thinking a lot he said that we work with generics a lot and my generics program had syntax error.So, based on one syntax error the interviewer judged me. Are they expecting me to give 100% answers correct and that to syntax on paper? At least give some valid reasons for rejection.

Very poor interview experience with FIS, Very first time in 2021 when I gave the interview I cleared the interview they had taken all required documents but still they didn't give the offer letter instead when I already joined another organization then they were asking salary part negotiation and job location. Second time when I gave interview recently, my interview goes well when their architect has the doubt on my SQL query then I asked if we write this way also it will give the output what you are expecting. I gave the two queries even when architect said can we do without top keyword. But I really don't know even interview goes well there is no proper response like why they are not going to pursue further. Very disappointed. Don't waste time to give interviews there. They are just wasting the candidate time.
