I went into the office for the first round and the rest were all virtual (3 rounds total). The interviews were pretty much your standard behavioral questions. I did a case study between the 1st and 2nd round and the last round would have been in person but the CEO was traveling. They gave me an offer but then rescinded it. It was pretty bad mannered on their part.

I felt a bit uncomfortable from the moment I started check-in at the building. The NY office apparently was not made aware of my appointment, and I was waiting at the front desk for over 5 minutes while they sorted out the confusion upstairs. Once I was in the office lobby and waiting for my meeting, I heard the receptionist on the phone with a day care center, clearly making a personal call at her desk in the middle of the day. I was waiting another 5-10 minutes before the interview started. The interviewer was polite but was obviously not happy with my skill set and wanted to cut the interview short after 15 minutes. I had taken off time from my current job to visit FE, and I did not feel like my time was valued. The behavior I observed at the NY office was rather unprofessional.
