Entrevista
It is a five stage process: 1) Apply online (submitting a CV), 2) Telephone interview (informal call - just need to show that you have knowledge about the company and your passion for the role), 3) Video interview, 4) Online tests (Venn diagram, IT & business, numerical and verbal reasoning), 5) Final stage (3 interviews).
The interviews are strength based and your recruiter informs you of the strengths they are looking for. The online tests are also very easy and the recruiter provides you with material to prepare for the tests.
The recruiters and interviewers are really friendly and are very much willing to give you the offer. I had great support and guidance from my recruiter throughout the application process, she provided me with tips and preparation material to excel at each stage.

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
