Three main stages- phone interview, video interview and assessment centre. Phone interview was easy and more of a quick chat to see if you are willing to meet their requirements. Video interview was about 6/7 questions long, mainly strength based questions. Be positive and use examples Finally there is an assessment centre. I had mine with about 12 others. Firstly we were given a presentation about the firm and made to introduce ourselves. Then we had x3 one to one interviews. They weren't too hard, just ensure you give examples where appropriate and engage the interviewer properly. Then lunch and after that we had a numerical, verbal reasoning, apptitue and Venn diagram test. These were pretty easy so long as you prepare beforehand with the material provided to you a few weeks in advance of the day. Overall a long but not too difficult assessment centre. You should hear back from them within 48 hours (as I did)

3 short in person interviews regarding problem solving and current experiences. 1 interview was case studies and how you would deal with it. You just gave a short description of how you deal with conflicts in the workplace etc.
