Applied online, got an email response a few days later for a phone interview. Phone interview was very casual, asked about my interest in FDM and some basic screening questions. Scheduled a second phone interview for 2 weeks later - person provided me with information on what to expect for that (research in FDM, knowledge of the IT industry, career aspiration and communications).
