Good phone and face interview. The people were great. There was no offer because they told me that they thought I wouldn't stay with my experience. Very lame to put me through all that and make a decision about my job decision. I hear they have high turnover rate and when reviewing the job boards, it shows that's true. I had a second interview with them but I missed two of their questions and the interviewer decided I didn't know my stuff. 20 years of development, 15 in web development and I don't know my stuff--now that makes a lot of sense doesn't it. I'd like to ask that interviewer few questions and I'm sure, like most who read the answers from a paper, couldn't answers 80% of the questions.
