      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 6 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Exavalu (Nueva Delhi) en mar 2020

      Entrevista

      I was contacted by the in-house recruiter directly. The interview process was smooth. There was only one round of exhaustive technical and functional interview apart from the HR discussion followed by it. Offer letter was rolled out quickly. But the problem started once the lockdown started in India. The HR started evading calls, stopped replying to emails. After repeated emails, they replied that virtual onboarding was not being provided by them and they would only be able to hire me once the lockdown gets lifted completely, but the statement was not true. I came to know they did provide the virtual onboarding for few others who joined at that period of time. I would not suggest you to go for this company even if they offer a decent hike above your present package. If you're already in a bigger brand, stick to that or try to switch to other big brands only as these type of small companies do not have any transparent HR policy.
