Got an interview through my school job board. Interview was just technical, jumped right into questions. My interviewer had a question booklet where I pretty much got asked more than 20+ questions rapid fire on various embedded/networking questions and C++ code output questions. No behavioral at all and didn't go over my resume either. Interviewer was very nice.

Asked about experience, school work, interests. The were interested about learning more about my experience with dealing hardware directly, programming microcontrollers, interacting with FPGA, etc. Was told in the meeting that, if I were to get the offer I would be working on of the firmware development teams.
