Remote interview process. Hiring managers asked relevant questions and set a serious but welcoming tone throughout the interview. They were able to answer any questions I had and the interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Just One Round, where I met with my eventual manager and we had a very informal conversation that went well because it didn't seem forced, as a result I came out of it feeling like I had done well

Went smoothly, spoke to director and analyst who both offered lots of insight about the position and what would be expected of me. Were clear and cohesive, matched my vibe well.
