Applied via company site and received a call from recruiter to set up time with hiring manager. Spoke with hiring manager then proceeded to a panel style interview (1-1) with a few people in one day. After being selected as a finalist with 2 other candidates, was asked to provide a 45min presentation on topic choices given creating a program. This was definitely a lot of work but really gave a scope of the job and mutual confidence of my abilities. From the first call to the offer letter was probably around 4 months but HR was very responsive with updates.
