I did a zoom interview with 3 people for the first round. The second round I was asked to come in person (3ish hour drive, no reimbursement). When I arrived a nice staff member led me to wait for the interviewers. The board never showed up to interview me like was scheduled and I sat there for almost an hour before the director pawned me off on another staff member for a tour. I felt the entire interview was a waste of time and money. Additionally I never heard from them again, not even a "we went with someone else" email. Would not apply again.
