The process was relatively easy. After a screening interview by the consulting company, I was set up with an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was typical with very few situational type questions.

The position was clearly described. The entire cycle took 4 days from initial contact to hire. Onboarding is a slow and painful process. Apparently, they do not have someone start within two days after offering the position.

Initial screening is a quick call just to confirm the fit and rate. This was straight forward and easy to do prior to moving to client interviews. I appreciated the ease.
