Great process, three identical behavioural and cultural fit test interviews with different Associates. An attention to detail test and a maths focused test. Interviewers were friendly and appreciated a personable approach.
Only got a first round, the questions were pretty technical and difficult. Make sure you know exactly what the Private Funds Group does and the process of picking GPs etc.
