Entrevista
3 step interview.
1: Talking to HR
2: Talk to corporate trainer and then job shadow. Go to places like Walmart, set up a table by the electronics and sell Direct TV to customers walking by.
3: Phone interview. Pretty much ask you in you want to job or not.

Entrevista
First it was a prerecorded interview, then it was a zoom interview, and the final step was an interview with the owner. In the second interview it was really just an overview of their company and what the position looked like.

Not really many questions they asked in the later parts.
In the first part they would ask questions on describing a time where you showed leadership or if friends or family were to choose 2 words to describe you what words would they use
The initial interview will be a 20 minute interview on hirevue. But, first there is a five minute pre-screening before hand. I haven't done the interview yet just looking for more information on the company to see if it will be worth it.

Entrevista
3 step process, which was easy to follow and understand. The questions were straight to the point, and those involved were very kind and informative. While this wasn’t the spot for me, I know that this would be a great place to work for someone who wants entry level sales experience.
