They recruited from my university. They didn’t have an in-person representative, but a short list was sent out a week after we submitted our applications.
This was immediately followed by a data analysis test on Excel.
A second short list followed this after which we were given a PowerPoint test. After this, we had a short psychometric test before a final short list was announced.
We were first interviewed by consulting managers and then consulting directors based out of London before finally receiving offers.

How many coffees are consumed in a day in “x” office?
Standard interview questions like: tell me about yourself; why market research; why you and not other candidates; how does what you’ve studied fit into what we do?
First round interview with HR was standard and straight forward. Asked about past job experience and reasons for joining the company. Overall a very pleasant interview experience with no tricky questions.
