It was very slow (around 3 months) because of the "political" process and the background check.
In general terms it was very easy, technically speaking.
I had one interview by phone with HR, one interview by phone with the hiring manager and one technical interview with two engineers

Simple, concise, standard questions about past experience, with back and forth about the job responsibilities. Part of the interview was to assess my willingness to travel and work abroad for extended periods of time.

Nice conversation. Clear expectations from each side. Logical list of questions about employee experience and employer profile. Possible future projects were discussed, as well as work in the past. Administrative and financial details were communicated clearly.

Interview with Key Account Manager & 3 Domain Managers regarding some basic technical abilities and also some basic hands-on skills. More emphasise and grilling on handling client requests and way around of communication with different stakeholders
