Entrevista
It was a simple IQ test plus personality test plus technical test. Everything was paper based. You can choose which technical tests to take, C is mandatory, for second language were multiple choices and I took C++. Java was one of the options for sure.
After tests, on next day I had 1:1 interview and English language interview. Both very simple.

Entrevista
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I was interviewed at Ericpol in Krakow. I was asked a few programming questions and previous projects. The programming questions were not hard, but you have to consider if your code really works.
