The interviewer who would be my immediate supervisor during training did a brief phone screening. She ensured I knew what the job entailed, the pay structure, and what would be expected of me. I met with her and the center director for the in-person interview. There were no tricky or woo-based questions. They set a clear understanding of how the hiring process works.
