Incredibly long. Four months in length with multiple rounds of interviews including a presentation on a plan. IIRC there was around 12 interviews in total. There was a large gap in time between my interviews and the second person who ultimately got the role. Beware of being the first candidate in any process. The recruiting process could only be described as disorganized with very poor communication throughout.
