I had a call with a recruiter first, where we went through my work history and they gave me more information about the role. Then there was a more formal interview with my potential boss.

Applied online and received an interview request via email a couple of days later. After the HR rep had to reschedule the first one, I had the phone screening about one week thereafter. The interviewer called on time, was friendly, and was certainly easy to talk to. She asked basic interview questions and was happy to answer any questions. The entire call was about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, despite following up twice, I never heard from them again. Especially in these times, I found it to be very disrespectful to not even receive a one-line generic decline email.
