The hiring process hinges primarily on your ability to take standardized tests. There are various different tests for the different roles and the only one taken by all applicants is a personality test. Interestingly the personality test is used primarily to determine whether they will plan to offer you a management position since they compare your answers to those who are currently managers at the company and base their decision on that. Frequently that personality test will be valued higher than actual manager perceptions as to your ability once you are hired.
The standardized tests, or in some cases presentation they have you give, will be their basis for job performance expectations regardless of how you are perceived by those who interview you or those you work with.
A very strange and unique hiring process and unfortunately since the tests are all fairly strange they are difficult to prepare for. They are very careful not to do anything illegal but will use things like asking for your college GPA and graduation dates to determine how old you are and will not be interested in anyone who is not a recent college graduate for most positions. There are exceptions to this but the deck is stacked against you if you are more than 1-2 years out of college.

By far the most unexpected part of the process is the personality test. It is made up of questions that do not have right answers and they simply compare your answers to answers from current employees to determine how they think you will fit into the company.

The recruiter/phone interviews were fairly standard and aptitude exam is something you have to just go in blind to
