I applied through campus recruiting and had a phone interview, then an assessment, and made it to the final rounds of interviews where they flew me to Wisconsin. There, I had three interviews, one with someone from Human Resources and two with senior executives, a two minute logic test, and a 30 minute Excel assessment. The interviews were all behavioral interviews.
