They do a good job of telling you why their company is great and all the benefits they offer, but they like to skim over the fact that you work 10-11 hour work days every day for basically minimum wage

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
