The interview process for WFH Reservations sales is intense but not that difficult if you have the qualifications for the job. You most definitely can not "wing it". My experience went as followed:
1. Online application
2. Online assessment
3. Over the phone review of the position and 1st interview appointment
4. 1st interview, and appointment for 2 interview
5. 2nd interview
6. Background check
7. Offer of employment
The whole process took about 5-6 weeks to complete

Same day, scheduled interview for 11/14 interviewed with a recruiter it was easy and did describe job objectives; she was very nice and easy to talk to. She did inform me that I would receive a call back within 3-5 days, I thought interview went well so I was a little discouraged, much to my surprise I was called back on 11/17 for 2nd interview on 11/20 that interview like everyone stated was lil more in-depth.. was sent background information after interview.. I guessing I got the job! Lol just waiting on offer letter or call..

Took about 3-4 weeks- there was an assessment, a math test, took some mock calls and then within a few days I was called for an interview. A week after that I had my second interview...after that interview I received an email for my background check.
