I first got a call from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview. When they called for the phone interview they asked simple questions about my resume and why I was interested in the position. I moved on to the next round interview in Indianapolis and went more in depth about the position and situational questions.

Starts with a simple zoom interview with the recruiter where you talk about your resume and sales experience in your life (no sales experience needed). Second interview is in person with the area manager and includes a job shadow and sit-down interview. Here you will answer more behavioral interview questions about sales and other areas.
