The process started with a phone interview, followed by 2 in-person interview that lasted for more than 30 minutes. The HR Manager and Registrar actually put me at ease. We joked and laughed until the interview was over. After the interview, they contacted my references. Finally, I received an email from the HR Manager that I got the job.
