Hiring HR manager was very nice and coordinated things well. A major snow storm arrows the day of the first site interview and I requested another day since I had to drive 60 miles to the site. They insisted I come and when I arrived I found two of the four people I was supposed to meet with didn't come. I walked the facility with the plant manager and was to interview with another person but they told me he was busy. I left with a pretty solid feeling about the people I did meet. Next day submitted a thank you but never heard from anyone again. Many months later I came across the original HR hiring manger on LinkedIn and contacted him. He had since left the company and told me that they did not consider me because I didn't have the experience. Glad it didn't work out since I am now a director in a much better company.
