The interview process was an initial phone screening with a Talent Administrator and then progressed to a phone interview with the lead recruiter from there it was a face to face interview with the hiring manager and the team leader for the First Response team.

I initially applied for a position that I was not qualified for and got rejected I called the agent and explained my desire to work for Employsure. After reviewing all the information I was interviewed via Skype (as I lived interstate). After explaining what I have done previously and why I wanted to work at Employsure I was offered the position.
