I’ve heard Emapta is a good company, but the hiring process felt rushed and confusing. After a quick phone screening, I was immediately endorsed to a client interview that came with an assignment. It took about a week to get feedback, followed by another interview with no clear explanation of the stage or next steps. After that, there was complete silence until someone from Emapta called a week later to say I wasn’t selected but mainly to endorse me to another client instead. It felt like the focus was more on filling client openings than finding the right match for candidates. I declined since I had already accepted another offer.
