Contacted hiring manager on LinkedIn; no response. Submitted an application a week later and still received no response to either. Surprised to see such a small and supposedly culture-driven organization take so little interest in recruiting.

Entrevista
3 rounds: first round was a phone screen with supervisor, second round was in-person with supervisor and teammate, third round was with peers and co-founder. Overall, good experience and communication was consistent.
