I applied after seeing strong glassdoor rating (4.3 when I checked). The process moved from hr to a hiring manager round, where I did not advance. During the call, the hm appeared distracted and not fully engaged as they were doing other things, occasionally asked questions, but didn’t seem to listen to answers. The interaction felt dismissive and left me questioning the culture. I’d recommend future candidates talk to current employees before committing to the interview process.
