After the onsite interview at my university, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then it was a full day on site interview. Met with the recruiter in the morning and then had 2 on 1 interviews the rest of the day. I believe I met with 8 people total. All were behavior based questions that they wanted technical answers for. Pretty standard format for engineers.
first phone call with recruiter, then "We appreciate your interest in joining Eli Lilly and the time you've invested in applying for the ...[position name]" ... but no thank you.
