Pre recorded first and second interview is 3 hours long, divided into multiple segments. It's a group interview with cooperation exercises and a one on one at the end. 3rd interview is a meet and greet.

Took about 2 weeks, basic phone interview and personality interview to see if you'd fit the "culture" The phone interview is a breeze it's your basic run of the mill questions nothing to stress over, no surprise questions. The group interview is really a personality test to see if they like you or not.
