I applied through my college campus recruitment process. First, there was a CGPA eligibility screening, followed by a resume shortlisting round. After that, I completed a 60-minute AI-based coding interview consisting of two coding questions. After clearing the AI interview, I was shortlisted for a take-home assignment. The hiring process is still ongoing.

Solve two coding problems in a 60-minute AI coding interview and explain your approach while writing the solution. The AI continuously asking follow up ques from my approach and in end of each ques asked me to walk through the code as well.

1) Background and experience - AI asks questions and you have to answer them.
2) problem solving - solve and explain the approach and complexities.

Entrevista
The Eightfold AI coding interview consists of two questions with a significant difficulty gap. The second escalates sharply to a very hard level, demanding advanced problem-solving, optimal time complexity, and a deep understanding of complex algorithmic patterns.
The platform's environment is smooth, but the tight timeframe requires rapid conceptualization and flawless implementation. It is a rigorous test that heavily evaluates both your foundational coding speed and your ability to tackle highly complex, non-trivial engineering problems under pressure.
