Multiple steps to the interview process starts with a video interview some parts of are timed giving you a short time to respond and record your answer one part gives you multiple times to record your response
The interview itself is nothing outside of the ordinary but the hiring process is ridiculous. Very long with several hoops to jump through. They aren't great about giving you information or answering your questions. It's a lot of placating. They need an extensive work history and are almost accusatory towards you if something doesn't align. When I started the process I was finishing my degree and graduated. They wanted a copy of my diploma which I hadn't received because it takes a few weeks to actually receive. I provided my application to graduate and degree audit and explained the diploma delay. I provided correspondence between myself and my university to support this. They practically accused me of lying about my degree and threatened to rescind the offer if I couldn't provide my diploma. Just left a bad taste in my mouth especially since my degree wasn't even required for the job. Thankfully my university issued my diploma shortly after that exchange but it was just really intense and felt unnecessary.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
