It was a great interviewing experience. Starting with Mr. Bob Weiner, then with Dimitri, John ,and finally with the CEO Mr. Jim Nekos. My assessment is each of them carried a very high caliber professional demeanor. Bob was very detail oriented, knowledgeable, reasonable, his follow ups was commendable and impressive. Dimitri demonstrated to be a well experienced tech savvy manager that strikes a balance between providing great service and fairness to the staff. It was a stimulating and refreshing conversation with John. He defined the culture and very insightful in all aspects of technology/operations. My impression of Mr. Nekos was extraordinary. Solid, no nonsense, transparent, decisive, pleasant and forward thinking CEO. Coming from a Fortune 50 (not 500) company, the holistic behavior matches that of a well established Fortune 50 company.
