They go through 3 main intervies:
1-Costa Rican staff team which is more of a briefing about the client and what they expect from you
2-On site manager interview, usually this can range from a technical to a more or less casual conversation. This one depends on the account or client.
3-Interview with the client: this is to verify your achievements, technical expertise and get to know you more
