It was a good 4-5 hour interview, including lunch with the team. Had to give a presentation, followed by one on one with my boss, president, and a few others.

Initial was a basic phone interview. Typical questions, background, education, reason for looking, etc... The second interview was onsite and was a few hours long (included lunch). Met with several people and departments. Had to give a presentation on a previous project. Very thorough process.
