Had a phone interview. Interviewer was very easy to talk to and asked a lot of random questions (what is your favorite food, three favorite movies, etc.) and it seemed to go well. She said she would reach out the following week with their decision, but I got an automated email within an hour that I wasn't being considered further. I wish they would have just told me on the phone that I wasn't a good fit for the role.
