The first interview was with my line manager, a non invasive conversation to understand my reasons for leaving my last role, reason for joining, and to assess my skills / experience.
The 2nd interview was with the Regional Managing Director, predominantly to get a feel for my personality, how i might function in a client facing role and the circumstances i might work best under.
Both conversations were prepared for with the recruitment agents, and the interviewers both made me feel at ease, and excited to work with them
